Not Goals

As I huffed up the hill towards Cissbury Ring, I thought, “this is great.”

Running without any pressure to hit certain targets is genuinely liberating. It’s why I’ve ditched my previous obsession with having clear running goals in favour of the much less clear “Not Goals.”
